Parking areas and drives, quoted per site
We handle snow push and takeaway for parking areas and drives, on paved or gravel surfaces, with our loader and plow partners, who work under our management. The price depends on the size of the lot, the surface and the snowfall, so we quote each site after a walkthrough. Typical ranges per visit:

| Medium lot (11 to 25 stalls) | $350 – $475 |
| Large lot (26 to 50 stalls) | $600 – $850 |
Takeaway is quoted per event based on snow depth and lot size, and approved by you before each haul. For a medium lot, expect $1,200 to $1,700. We also quote ice control on parking areas ($125 to $250 per visit) and on-call overflow help.
Gravel surfaces are cleared with a protective shoe, and some gravel movement is normal.
